Dubi Bar always had a dream of making wine and decided to turn his dream into reality – and so the boutique winery "Bar Bakfar" was born. The wine is produced from finest quality grapes which are harvested meticulously by hand when they are perfectly ripe in the vineyards of the Lower Galilee. The grapes are the Merlot strain and the wine is 100% Merlot.
